I highly recommend Arbor Ridge Pet Clinic! it's hard to find vets that are informed about animals other than dogs or cats and as an owner of a rabbit I was very impressed with Dr. Hook's knowledge of them. He takes excellent care of Nugget :)

We highly recommend Dr. Hook and his clinic for the quality care they give. Our dog, Stella, has had many health issues during the 2 years we've had her so we've made lots of visits to the clinic. Dr. Hook and his staff are always helpful, friendly, and caring. Thanks so much for all you do to care for Stella! She absolutely *loves* to come to the clinic!

We have been taking our dog to see Dr. Hook for years. He and his staff are great to work with, they take the time to be sure you understand everything involved with your pet and there has never been a question about the dedication and quality of care from he and his staff. Molly and our family say a big thank you and keep up the great work for all of us!!

I want to sincerely thank Dr. Hook and the rest of his staff for the compassion, respect, and excellent care they gave to a hamster I recently brought in with a nasty injury. I've kept rodents for about 10 years, and he is the first vet I have ever seen who has acknowledged that they deserve quality health care just as much a larger animal. It's been three days since Murphy saw Dr. Hook, and I can already see a vast improvement. I can't wait to bring him in for his follow-up next week to show off the results!

Dr. Hook and staff are phenomenal--truly making you feel like family. Enjoying a good laugh at my ferret's attack attitude; to tears of mystery illnesses--the staff were there to smile or comfort. I would highly recommend Arbor Ridge Pet Clinic to any pet owner.

The most difficult thing we have ever done in our lives was to make the decision to have our cat, Sasha, put to sleep. In spite of everything we had done for her, her 17 years finally caught up to her and it was time to assure she was comfortable. Liz and Dr. Hook walked us through the entire process with the upmost respect and compassion. Being a Hospice Nurse it takes a lot to impress me when it comes to death & dying! I cannot say enough about Arbor Ridge. They took a difficult decision and turned it into a beautiful experience for both Sasha and ourselves. We cannot thank Liz & Dr. Hook enough for all they do for us and our "kids"!

Thanks for taking good care of my bird. I found Dr. Hook after seeing him at Fitchburg Animal Hospital. They told me he left the area. I am glad I foung him again. Thanks for the great care!

Thank you Dr. Hook and the staff of Arbor Ridge for the quality pet care. My dog is always so nervous about his visits to the vet but everyone always so friendly and very attentive to Quinn that it settles him down. We'll always appreciate the fact you were able to diagnose his serious illness when another clinic told us "It would be like finding a needle in a hay stack."
